The houses and the barn are located at the top of an unfenced hillside peoperty of approximately 5300 m2. The distance between the houses is about 30 - 40 m.
There is also a holiday house on the other side of the street, which is only occupied a few times a year.
Because the road is a secondary road connecting the small towns of Karlstorp and Kråkshult, traffic is usually very light.
The nearest lake is called "Kolsjön", is about 5 km away and can be reached by car in a few minutes. A bathing area with bathing jetty, lawn and children's playground are available.

If you prefer bathing places where you are almost alone and undisturbed, you will find a large number of them at almost every one of the surrounding lakes.

The nearest place for shopping is Mariannelund. The distance from the houses is about 15 km. The towns of Vimmerby (33km), Vetlanda (27km) and Eksjö (40km) are ideal for larger purchases. Here are the large Swedish supermarkets ICA and WILLY'S, in the last two places there are also shops of a well-known food discounter from Germany (L...).
